About

A calm conversation, not a rushed diagnosis

I know the first step is often the hardest. People frequently come to a psychiatrist with anxiety — and there is truly nothing to fear. A visit is, above all, an ordinary, calm conversation. You won't hear medical jargon or judgement from me. Seeing a psychiatrist is just like seeing any other doctor — and that's exactly how I want you to feel here.

My role is to listen, to understand what brings you in, and to find a solution together. I explain everything in plain language and calmly, so that you leave knowing what is happening and what comes next.

I gained my professional experience at SWZPZOZ in Gostynin, the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology (specialist placements), Nowowiejski Hospital and the Neurosis Treatment Ward in Komorów. I have many years of experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, insomnia, psychoses and mental health conditions in older adults.

I work exclusively with adults. A first visit does not automatically mean a prescription — first we talk and try to understand the problem.
